Changing...

When a situation established over the years, has come to a dead-end, then you know that it's time to stop for a moment, think, evaluate and make some decisions.
The pros and cons differ from everyone's aspect. But still...decisions are to be made soon, as time presses.

I haven't always been a fan of changing.
It scares and stresses me on the one hand, but on the other hand, sometimes what comes is better than what you left behind.

When change is the only solution to a forthcoming dead-end path, mind and emotions conflict with each other. And that might interfere with the subjective handling, that such a situation demands.

In the end, things have been set on the table. Possible solutions have been announced. First steps, towards that direction, will be made soon. Let's just wait and see what comes out of that...
